Family is where life begins and love never ends. Family is the perfect mix of chaos and love made strong not by the number of people you share the dinner table with but by the memories you share together.

Every family looks different. Sometimes family isn’t always the people we share the same blood with. Sometimes if we’re lucky enough, we meet some incredible people who eventually turn into family.

The u shape symbolises a person. All the u shapes as a collective represent your family. The u shapes are specifically different sizes to represent the different roles each person plays in our lives as well as the impact they have on us. Some people may have a bigger impact on our lives compared to others for example some people may have grown up with a single parent hence that is represented with a bigger U shape.

When you look at this piece I hope it reminds you of all the people who have supported you, loved you and never gave up on you. A constant reminder of the strength and love that surrounds us.
